Peace to all my birthing people. My name is Angelica Rideaux-Williams and I'm a Full Spectrum Doula currently servicing Louisiana. Birth work is my passion, which stems from my experiences. What sets me apart from my colleagues is simply my approach. Each client's care is tailored to their individual needs. This is because each individual's birth experience is different. Your birthing experience with one pregnancy may not be the same as your experience with your next pregnancy. I provide an array of services from prenatal support, birthing support, post-partum support, as well as lactation support.

Service introduction

I provide both In-Person & Virtual Prenatal, labor and postpartum support specifically tailored to each client. Most importantly I am there to be of support to the birthing person themself, when everyone is focused on baby I am focused on YOU and Your wellbeing, because a healthy and heard mom/ birthing person is what is best for a healthy pregnancy and baby!

Packages

Birth Support Only

The birth support consists of me arriving with you at either the hospital, a birth center, or even your home. I will provide continued support to you while you are laboring. This may look like performing the Miles circuit, laboring in the birthing tub, aromatherapy, breath work, physical pain management, soft music, or complete quiet. This service can be tailored to your needs. I will be by your side through the entire process down to the actual birth, up until the start of your Golden Hour!

Virtual Prenatal support

This entail 60 minutes of virtual support. This can be used to get questions answered around what is happening during gestation, creating a birth plan, or prepping your post-partum care plan. We can discuss ways you can ask your provider for clarification, nutrition , lactation question, or go over birthing positions. It is the same as in person prenatal support visit, with the exception of hands-on pain management.

Full Spectrum Package-In person

The Full spectrum Package includes 4 prenatal support visits, labor and delivery, and 3 postpartum care visits. This will allow for us to create an in-depth support relationship. Prenatal support visits can be booked in alignment of your actual prenatal care visits with your midwife or obstetrician. One visit will be dedicated to meeting with your personal support team such as spouse/partner, mother, in laws or whoever else will be in the labor a delivery room. We should all be on one accord. It also include labor and delivery. Post-partum care services are check in where I will check in on you and baby. This may look like you taking a 2hr nap while I care for baby, or prep lunch or dinner, clean and sterilize bottles. ( this is not intended as childcare for other children). These services will be tailored to your needs.
