About Alyssa

My name is Alyssa and I am a 22 year old Certified Birth Doula. I became a doula due to my desire to help families during a truly special time in their lives. Originally, I attended a university to pursue a career being a Labor & Delivery or Neonatal nurse. But after doing research, I discovered the wonderful world of Doulas. I instantly fell in love with it. As of now, I have received my certificate from International Doula Institute and working towards my Postpartum Doula certificate. As I am not a mother yet (definitely planning on it!), I have two little dogs who are like my kids in a way. They mean the world to me along with my long term boyfriend. In my free time I enjoy watching movies, walking my dogs, and hammock by the water & eating a snack with my boyfriend.

Basic Doula

2 Prenatal visits
Unlimited calls, texts, and emails through the duration
On-call 24/7 starting at 37 weeks until birth
Support through labor & delivery for both you and your partner
1 postpartum follow-up

Extra Set of Hands

Included in this package is everything in the basic package as well as 2 home visits (a max of 4 hours each) to help prepare for after birth, getting the nursery ready, and self care during pregnancy Wellness overview; A sit down with mom, talk about her 3 top concerns (Physical, emotional, or spiritual). I will provide a kit of natural solutions to support the concern as well as provide knowledge about them Continued support & resources; I will continue to act as a resource and advocate for Mother

I offer two different types of service packages for a birth doula! I am currently in the process of the different Medicaid plans so that will be coming soon!
