Zoe Gardiner is a mum of two, a research scientist and a postpartum activist. She is the Founder of Postpartum Matters, a not-for-profit organisation working to share postpartum stories and to change the current model of care which sees people regularly being discharged before they are fully healed. Through the Postpartum Experience Survey, she has collected solid evidence from hundreds of women that the current model of care needs a huge overhaul. She is dedicated to creating this change whilst supporting those who have suffered through their experience.

I provide a safe container for you to explore your birth, early postpartum and general motherhood experiences. I do this through guided journaling, visualisation and meditation, alongside facilitating Sharing Circles. We connect together as a Sacred Village of Mothers - the village we all so desperately want and so urgently need - holding each other, supporting each other, valuing each other. I help you find the words to describe your feelings and experiences - as the language around postpartum is so narrow and small in everyday society. You get space to feel, acknowledge and process, to be fully witnessed.
