Before I got pregnant I knew I wanted a doula to help navigate me through pregnancy and labor and delivery. I met Tosha and we instantly clicked. She was there for me through all the ups and downs of pregnancy, encouraging me the entire time. From the moment my water broke until my baby took their first breath, she was there by my side being my voice of reason and advocating my wants and needs to the hospital staff. Not only was she there for me, but she was there for my husband, and coached him on how to support me during delivery. I was able to achieve my goal of an unmedicated vaginal delivery with her support. She will forever be one of the most important people in my life, and my child will always know how supported and loved I felt while they were being born!

Tosha is fabulous! She’s attentive, knowledgeable, and the ultimate girl’s girl. She made me feel more comfortable and confident in the entire birthing experience.

After having an emergency c-section with my third child I knew that I wanted to be as intervention free as possible with the delivery of my fourth child. I am so thankful to have found an amazing group of doulas to help me achieve my goal! Both Zarema and Tosha were super attentive and understanding of my goals in our meetings pre-birth. They provided resources and were quick to respond to questions. Tosha attended my birth and was absolutely amazing. She helped me achieve my goal of going pain medicine free despite needing to be induced. She worked with me through every contraction and kept me moving to help labor progress swiftly. I can’t imagine doing it without her! I am so thankful and would 100% recommend!

I decided on having an doula for my birth very late in the game and even in such a short time of knowing Tosha, she made me feel so comfortable and reassured—I knew she would fully support me in whatever I needed. Her energy was light and funny, which helped keep me at ease, but she was also focused and serious when it mattered most. On the day I had my baby, she not only encouraged me through every step of the process but also captured the most beautiful photos and videos that I will cherish for a lifetime. I am beyond grateful for her support, presence, and care during such a special moment in my life.

Finding a good doula was a huge challenge for me especially since my husband and I were moving to another state while I was pregnant. Once we got to Tennessee, I found Mrs. Tosha looking through different Facebook reviews. Mrs. Tosha became my doula and my entire journey from there forward with her was absolutely beautiful and incredible. Mrs. Tosha listened to my concerns and needs throughout my entire pregnancy, labor, and birth. Anytime I had questions she was always there to help guide me ( I always had a bunch of questions due to this being my first baby ). Mrs. Tosha has been super amazing she was very patient, kind, understanding, supportive and very educated. Overall, my birth didn’t go as planned but Mrs. Tosha stayed by my side and helped me remember my initial goals which was a healthy baby. Even though my birth had many twist and turns she supported my decisions and my birthing experience was excellent with her being by my side. Definitely recommend her 1000/10♥️‼️. Absolute best doula on this planet. If we are still in Tennessee when we have another child, she’s the only doula I would want.

My husband and I gave birth 5 days ago and we are still in an awe. Our birth doula Tosha was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, supportive, and quick to advocate for my needs. She responded quick to text, calls, and emails no matter the time and always followed up with answers to my questions. Tosha made sure to include my husband whenever asking questions and made sure he felt included during the birthing process. Her light spirit and funny personality is very easy to go along with and made my husband and I feel very comfortable. If you’re looking for a doula I would highly recommend Tosha.

Tosha was my doula and boy was she on top of it. She was easy and comfortable to be around.. like feet up on the coffee table and crack a cold one.. which was a priority for me especially while in such a vulnerable position. Beyond that, she was knowledgeable, supportive, and quick to respond (and show up). And she’s REAL with you.

From the moment I connected with Tosha via zoom she made me feel comfortable from the start . She allowed me to be open about my birth plan , past delivery experience, and ask her any questions without judgement . Each time we had our appointments I didn’t feel rushed and Tosha was invested in all the details of my OB issues when I had any. When it came to labor and delivery she was there 100% , assisting me with questions for the doctors and nurses and reassuring me that I can get through this and she reminded me what the end goal was when I felt down . Zarema is absolutely amazing. After meeting with her and several other moms, I learned about the birth center. I switched my care there around 28 weeks. I had back contractions that made my labor so much worse but thanks to Zarema, she made everything so much better. She knew exactly what to do to relief my back pain! So thankful that she gave me all my options and was there to help support me during labor! She was also so helpful with answering all my questions in between

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Zerema. She made me feel like family when i was in such a vulnerable state. She did everything right during birth holding my heating pad and massage/ coaching me when I was ready to give up. She had only positive things to say to me the entire time and never made me feel invalid or rushed through a 31 hour labor. Every word out of her mouth was encouraging and uplifting and helped me hang in there until my 10.7lb baby was born. Because of her I can give my natural birthing experience a perfect 10 replacing my last very traumatic birth with good thoughts and good memories. I feel renewed as a mother and I can let go of those haunting memories now. She was so happy the whole time and got so many photos and videos for my family and me so they could be involved and present with me. Birth was taxing on my whole family including my toddler and we wouldn’t have had such a valuable experience without her. I hope we stay in touch. 5 star doula. Thank you Zerema for everything.

Words alone can't describe how incredible of doula Zarema is.<br><br>Not knowing much about the birth process, I decided to go with a doula. I was also giving birth for the first time and wasn't sure if my husband would be able to make the birth. Unsure of exactly how a doula might help, Zarema met with me early on to understand my desires and goals for the birth and labor process, and help me achieve them.<br><br>She provided multiple resources (books, podcasts, documentaries, blogs, etc.) to help me understand questions I posed to her, she helped me mentally and physically prepare for birth, and when my OB scheduled a last minute induction for medical reasons -- I was very disappointed, as I had planned to labor at home with Zarema and my husband as long as possible -- I ended up having the most amazing, almost natural birthing experience, thanks to Zarema. The combination of her helping me prepare and her INCREDIBLE presence in the labor and delivery room set my family and I up for success. The way she subtly led me husband through assisting me, the way she somehow was in tune to every medical conversation going on in the room, the way she relayed information to me and ensured I understood everything, her snacks, her confidence in me, her love for the birthing process....the only words that come to mind are "blessed" and "magical."<br><br>Birth is the most amazing thing I've ever done. I had spent months being on the fence about having a doula. Now, I can, without a doubt, say having Zarema as our doula for our last baby was a blessing in so many ways. She helped me fight for the birth I wanted and celebrated with me every step of the way. In labor, she was my calm in the midst of chaos during a super fast labor and delivery. And now, a couple of days postpartum, she’s still cheering us on in our breastfeeding journey. She’s gave me the confidence to trust in my body again and she helped me experience a phenomenal birth - one I longed for. If you’re on the fence like I was, I cannot recommend Zarema enough. Hiring a doula was the best decision I made as a first time expecting mother. We are so glad that we found Zarema. She was there for us every step of the way. She answered our questions, she sent us all the information we needed, gave us helpful homework, and overall listened to our hopes and fears and helped us to feel confident about giving birth. Having a Doula was a great experience for me. Being a military wife and not having the family support close by can be a bit challenging. Having to go through childbirth without your mom or family can be a bit emotional. Having Zareima by my side I felt like I had my sister or my best friend by my side encouraging me and empowering me to push through the pain. Helped me take well informed decisions when it came to my child birth plan. She’s awesome, patient and encouraging.
