I am Yakesha, full-spectrum doula, newborn care specialist and herbal enthusiast at Amini Safari Doula Services, located in South Florida. We provide holistic support during preconception, pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum. I am Mama to 3 energetic boys. My journey started long before I knew what a doula was, as I am a nurturer by nature and have always been a source of comfort for many. As a child, welcoming new life has always intrigued me. When asked what I wanted to become, I would say that I want to become a teacher and also 'deliver' babies. Through manifestation, I have accomplished much of this and I get closer and closer to becoming licensed in my craft everyday.
