The birth of our daughter was honestly perfect because of the support Xio provided. From preparation to birth plan to the day of and even check ins after.... We felt so held and loved. She truly puts her heart and soul into supporting in the ways we all needed. I could not recommend Xio enough if you are looking for a knowledgeable, present and steady energy to see you through the birth process.

Xio is simply AMAZING! She provided me with support while I was pregnant. From the very beginning recommending prenatal vitamins, and different teas to try for heartburn and other things I experienced through my pregnancy. She was always a call or text away. I had to be induced at 38 weeks due to gestational hypertension towards the end of my pregnancy which was scary because Xio made me aware of the signs of preeclampsia early on but she reassured me that everything was going to be fine. Since I had to be induced she recommended many comfort measures and resources available to me while in the hospital which was great. After having the baby she recommended many things for breastfeeding and she was there to help me throughout my time with postpartum. Xio is more like family We here happy to have her on our team we love her she takes pride in everything she do !

In the birth of our fourth child, having a doula, Xiomara , made a remarkable difference. From consistent pre-due date check-ins to her calm and confident presence on the night of the birth, she provided invaluable support. Xiomara, skillfully balanced involving me and my family in the process and offering the specific support my family needed. Her outside perspective and encouragement during labor brought a unique and effective dynamic to our communication. Thanks to this, we successfully achieved our ideal birth plan. We wholeheartedly recommend Xiomara to friends and family.

Xiomara is such a gift, okay! When I first went to a comfort measures class, I instantly loved it. I learned so much from Xiomara and Syreeta. I kept going back to the comfort measures classes any chance that I got and they welcomed me to bring my family. I learned so much from those classes and it really helped with my fear of giving birth. Xiomara is very informative and specific, which I love! With any question that I asked, she had the answer and resources to help me. Also, in any case that she didn't have the resources, she would provide information and point me in the right direction. I knew that I wanted her to be one of my doulas. I had to break up with my doula at the time so that I could work with Xiomara. She was such a big support during my pregnancy. I loved how she included my boyfriend in the conversation, especially because he really wanted to be involved and he had questions of his own. Anytime I was concerned about something during my pregnancy, he was like "Call Xiomara and tell her what's going on!" LOL, he definitely loves her as well. They both also stayed on me to do the comfort measures and exercises at home to support my pregnancy and prepare my body for giving birth. Flash forward to me giving birth - she was incredibly supportive! When I was sure that my water broke, I let Xiomara know and she was so ready. I was leaking fluid for a whole day (no contractions at all) , so she told me to do step ups on the stairs of my porch, if no change, then castor oil. A few hours after the castor oil, I felt my first contraction. We waited until they were closer, she constantly checked in and when the time was right she instructed us to head to the hospital. Xiomara met us there. She chatted with my midwife which was great for them to be acquainted and know that they were on the same page with eachother as well as me. Xiomara set the mood in the room for me, which helped alot because I was in pain! Lol and I was moody, omg. She reminded me of the comfort measures and reassured me every step of the way. When I decided to go for the epidural, she was still so supportive and didn't discourage me. She let me know that it was my choice and I need to do what is best for me. She made sure that she was in on everything happening in the room around me because at times I was out of it, just due to pain and exhaustion. I appreciate her for going so hard, while also not overstepping, and being so loving and comforting. Having Xiomara there was one reason why my birth was so magical. I loved every minute of my pregnancy and birthing experience. She helped me do all the things that I wanted and when I needed to make a shift, she was super encouraging. Xiomara will definitely be our doula for the next baby!
