My interest in birthwork began after I had my daughter. I realized from my own experience there is a need for family support beyond what families are commonly offered during their childrearing years.

I was and am a young mom and started off with little to no knowledge on how to have a baby, let alone how to take care of my baby, what to expect in those seasons of my life, and how to advocate for myself and family.
