Hi, Hope you’re well. I’m currently 38w pregnant due Jul 7th. This is my 4th pregnancy and I’m scheduled for a c-section Jul 1st. Maybe I’m crazy for even asking, but I’ve never had the option to try for a vbac. My 1st child they induced me at 38w and she wasn’t ready, and after a long labor with no progress I got a csection, my 2nd child was a planned c-section, and my 3rd I started showing signs of labor and the drs convinced me to just have a csection instead of trying for a vbac. This time around, it was just assumed I’d have a csection. Have you ever had someone try to do a vbac after 3 C-sections? Or am I crazy for even asking this? And is this something you’d be able to help with - I’m willing to try a home birth. I have a drs appt tomorrow and I’m going to ask about a vbac and see what she says.
