After the baby is here, I want to do a 30 day stay in, Chinese confinement which consists of help with meal preps and dishes that help my body heal and boost my milk production. They also help with massages, body wraps, and educating the new mom about caring for a new baby. I would love to do a home birth but it’s costly, I have insurance so I’ll be going to be my regular OB appts but really would love home birth.
