This is my first pregnancy. I have ideas of a birth and would love to get some education and insight for not only myself but my partner as well. I want to be able to have a stress free birth at the hospital at Desert Valley Hospital. My birth plan does include a natural non-medicated birth unless it is absolutely medically necessary I get a cesarean surgery or an epidural. I do also need some educational material and advice for me and my partners as far as birth and after birth care for the baby as well as exercises to help assist in delivery. I also plan to encapsule my placenta after birth.

Hello! My name is Esmé, and this is my first pregnancy. I plan to have an unmedicated natural birth at a Kaiser hospital with little medical intervention as possible. I am covered through MediCal insurance. As this is my first birth experience I really want to set myself up for success, through my research doula services would absolutely contribute toward a positive birth experience for not only myself and my baby but also my partner.
