Service introduction

As your doula, I learn what is most important to you and your partner during labor. Before we even get to the hospital or birth center, your emotions and comfort are my top priority. I provide unlimited text, call, and email support throughout our time together and am always happy to talk through anything weighing on your mind. Once labor begins, I provide continuous emotional and physical support and prioritize your birth preferences, no matter how you choose to bring your baby into this world. In the postpartum period, I support you in identifying baby's feeding cues, help with basic baby hygiene, and processing the birth experience. I have a variety of doula packages ranging from purely prenatal to comprehensive labor support.
