I'm Veronica, owner of Hippie Dippie Doula Co. and birth doula. I'm currently taking clients as I work on obtaining my CD(DONA) certification through DONA International. I provide birth doula services, meditation sessions, and birth photography services to parents and families within the metropolitan Atlanta area and surrounding cities. UPDATE: Hello parents! Frequently asked questions
Are you available at all birthing spaces?
Absolutely! I support you in any place you decide to give birth. I am available at home births, birthing centers, and hospitals.
Do you offer a payment plan?
Of course. I'm of the belief that everyone who wants a doula should have one. I would be happy to talk to you about a payment plan or decreased fees based on your personal budget.
Do you offer support for cesarean sections?
Yes! I am supportive of any way one wants to give birth. I am open to clients that are VBAC, planned cesareans, and vaginal. ALL BIRTHS are welcome here!
What if you're not available when I go into labor?
If, for some reason, I am unable to join you in your place of birth when you go to active labor, I always have a backup doula on-call. You will never be left without assistance.
What DON'T you do?
I DO NOT:
- Make medical decisions for the birthing person or the newborn.
- Perform medical tasks for the birthing person or the newborn.
- Exclude partners, family members, or friends from the birth experience.
What DO you do?
I DO:
- Give you information to help you make informed decisions.
- Create space for safe dialogue for you to express your fears, concerns, joys, and celebrations with me.
- Support you mentally and emotionally through this life-changing process.
