Hello everyone, I am a certifying Birth a Postpartum Doula that serves Central Alberta but located in Sylvan Lake. I decided to become a Doula so I can help support people giving birth and reduce the rate of traumatic birth experiences and postpartum depression. I'd love to help support you though this beautiful and transformative journey.
