Trinity’s goal is to help her clients improve their relationship with themselves, along with their relationships with others so that they may develop a secure attachment. The therapeutic relationship provides a safe haven for client’s to explore their deepest inner wounds, and develop a sense of peace so that they may have healthy, secure relationships. Trinity practices a modern, trauma-informed, approach to mental health counseling because she finds that it resonates with the populations she works with and feels truest to her. She is a millennial committed to making mental health accessible, relatable, and relevant.
