When I had my children I found the hardest part was the never-ending well-intentioned advice from my mother, mother-in-law, and friends. I was beginning to doubt myself as a mom. Back then sleep coaching wasn’t a thing. I wish I knew what I know now, and wish there were sleep coaches when my children were little as it would have spared me so many tearful and sleepless nights. My passion and desire are to help women and families through these endless sleepless nights. I am a certified health coach, concentrating on the woman and her health and wellbeing. I firmly believe that you need to be good to yourself so you can be good for your family, and the best gift is the gift of precious sleep! After becoming a health coach I had more of a desire to help young growing families, so after extensive research, I joined the Gentle Sleep training program. I will work with you to create an individualized, step-by-step sleep plan that will factor in your parenting philosophy, your child’s age, health and temperament, mother’s well-being and the related family dynamics. And most importantly I will support and coach you through the process from beginning to end- for night sleep and naps! As your baby grows sleep can change. This more extensive package is for children 5 months to 6 years old. I will help guide you with advice that is gentle, kind and simple. My goal is to create a trusting environment that is non-judgmental and the plan will be specifically created for your family and child. During the follow-ups, I will personally support you throughout the process with gentle reassurance and will be there to make adjustments as needed.
