Our services blend a unique combination of expertise from a Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and Pelvic Health Specialist, with Doula support and holistic health. We also engage in self-discovery, provide access to resources and evidence-based care while encouraging active participation, self-advocacy, and alignment of body, mind, and spirit during their perinatal seasons.
