Our choice of choosing Thandia was the best thing for our baby,Very professional,punctual,organized,respectful and supportive.Josh was born premature and we had some hitches on who we'd choose to hire,He spends 5 weeks in ICU and coming home with a weight of 3lbs 8 ounces was a challenge given my husband and I were first time parents,Thandia was recommended be a good friend of mine and she pulled through every task needed without guessing,we'd asked tons of questions and off the bat she responded with a variety of info that is still valuable today.We miss her so much and never wanted her to leave.She is a 10 out of 10.

I had c section with twins,I had preclmacia and was sore all over,we hired Thandia as Newborn Care Specialist but was also able to see her supportive side (Postpartum doula)she juggled both babies and myself as much as she could,(we normally laugh at her calling all 3 of us her babies)she stay with us for 3 months and we never regretted it.She deserves a great family to work with.

Thandia is a rare gem,her experience and tons of info allows normalcy into our family in no time,my husband and I with little or no experience as we were new parents,Our Newborn Care Specialist was on every beat,baby was on schedule,she kept track of our appointments,baby clothing were clean and organized, she stayed on sleep routine and engage in some of our request asked,I will recommend her to a family that will appreciate her.

I had no idea how I was going to cope during and after birth,my husband was dreaded having me giving birth with little or no help or experience at all,my colleague who had recently had her son introduce Thandia to me from her experience with her,she was on time,organized,have great communication skills and she did all John and I wanted and needed at that time for our little girl,I'd give her a 10 out of 10 and refer her.

Thandia is amazing,hiring her is the best choice I've made and will definitely hire her again.

My family hired Thandia for night time care for our baby girl and I was able to rest after she was placed on a nightly routine that quickly got her on a sleep schedule, I literally don't know how Thandia does it but it works,I usually woke up to seeing our daughter's laundry done and organized before she left in the am, we kept her for 3 weeks and she was amazing.

Thandia is amazing,she was teaching us while doing her job now making it easier for us.Very professional with very good communicational skills,I hired her for 3 weeks as a newborn care specialist then I had preclamcia,she suggested calling my doctor who later told us i should come in right away,my stay in the hospital was almost 2 weeks and she did an amazing job in my absence,Jackson was in good hands,having her for 2 months wasn't the plan.We didn't want to let her go but she was already booked.She is great and I recommend her.
