Service introduction

As a fertility, birth, and postpartum doula, I offer comprehensive, compassionate support tailored to your unique needs throughout every stage of your journey to parenthood. My services begin with fertility support, where I provide guidance, emotional encouragement, and practical tools to help you navigate your path to conception. During pregnancy, I offer personalized birth planning, education, and preparation, ensuring you feel empowered and confident as you approach labor and delivery. On the big day, I provide continuous physical and emotional support, utilizing techniques like breathing exercises, positioning, and relaxation to help create a positive and empowering birthing experience. My postpartum services are designed to ease your transition into parenthood by offering hands-on support with newborn care, feeding, and emotional recovery. As a breastfeeding specialist, I provide guidance to help you meet your nursing goals while addressing any challenges that may arise. In addition to my doula work, I bring years of experience as a childcare provider, supporting children from infancy through adolescence. Whether you’re seeking someone to assist with sibling adjustment or simply need an extra pair of hands, I am here to help. My mission is to provide holistic, judgment-free care that nurtures your entire family during this life-changing time.

Highly recommend! We used Tessa for our newborn baby starting in March 2025 and she was with us for three months. Being a breastfeeding mom and also having a toddler, Tessa made our lives so much easier during the hectic and stressful postpartum time.
