I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible support I received from Teresa during my postpartum journey. From the moment she entered our home, it was clear that her presence would be transformative for both me and my son. Teresa has a remarkable ability to listen and attune herself to the needs of new parents. She not only provided practical help but also offered emotional support that made a world of difference during a challenging time. Her insights were spot on; she picked up on things I didn’t even know I needed. Whether it was tips on baby care, advice on self-care, or just a comforting presence to talk to, she was always there, ready to help. What truly set Teresa apart was her intuition and understanding. She became an integral part of our family, fostering a sense of calm and reassurance. Her warm demeanor and genuine care made the transition into motherhood so much smoother. I wholeheartedly recommend Teresa to any new parent. She brings not only knowledge and experience but also a nurturing spirit that truly enriches the postpartum experience. Thank you for everything—you have made a lasting impact on our family!

In preparing for the birth of my third child, I knew I would benefit significantly from additional postpartum support. Teresa was heaven sent. She was always, always punctual, sensitive, and supportive of my needs as a not-so-new mom of three. Teresa took initiative in getting household care tasks done, while also checking in often to make sure she was helping where it was most needed in the moment. She was always game to even help with outings to the store or library with me and my kids, allowing me to venture out of my postpartum bubble on occasion. My older girls loved spending time with her, as she was sensitive to their need for attention while I sometimes had my focus solely on my newborn. Finally, while this was not my first rodeo and I already had existing postpartum supports in place (therapy, lactation consultants, etc), Teresa was happy to give additional support references and always lend an ear to just talk and get the feelings out when life became a little overwhelming. I am so thankful to have brought Teresa into our space.
