I offer many services including newborn care/guidance as well as overnight care. Insuring that you can be well rested and confident when it comes to carrying for the new addition to your family! My services include household tasks like baby laundry, doing some dishes as well as tidying up. I am here to support you physically and emotionally and I do not have an answer to a question I will go out of my way to find you the information. Sometimes it is hard for siblings to adjust to their new roll as an older sibling, and I am here to insure that they too feel seen and understood. I offer sibling support, if you need someone to care for older children when the newest addition to the family is ready to come. I can prepare meals for you and your family, run errands or pick up something for the family to eat before my shift starts. I am here to make your lives easier and set you up for success!
I recently had the wonderful experience of working with Teresa as our overnight postpartum doula, and I can't recommend her highly enough. From the moment she arrived, I felt an immediate sense of relief. Her warm demeanor and compassionate approach made all the difference during those challenging early days with my newborn. She provided invaluable support, helping with night feedings and soothing my baby, which allowed me to get much-needed rest. Her knowledge about newborn care was impressive, and she shared helpful tips and tricks that made me feel more confident as a new parent. Beyond her practical assistance, she was a calming presence in our home. She listened to my concerns and offered reassurance, making me feel supported and empowered. I truly appreciate her kindness and dedication, and I can't imagine navigating those first few weeks without her. If you're considering hiring a postpartum doula, I wholeheartedly recommend her!

I worked with Teresa for 12 weeks and both my husband and I are very happy that we chose her. She provided the best support we could ask for, answered all our questions and taught us so much, not to mention that the rest we got was truly the best gift we could ask for. Trusted her fully with our baby and would recommend her to all.

I interviewed a few nannies and Doulas and I’m glad I went with Teresa as she was the ONLY one that seemed to genuinely desire to go beyond expectations. She tended to our newborn for only three nights but there wasn’t a moment of concern or hesitation from my wife and I. Teresa voiced opinions and insights about sleep scheduling and suggestions that you will not get from youtube or google because every child is different. Since then, we’ve kept along the path she advised on and everyone is sleeping much better. As a sufferer of sleep apnea, every extra minute I get of sleep especially makes so much difference. I cannot suggest Teresa more to be a Doula for others in a sea of Nannies and Doulas going through the motions.
