About me
Hi, I’m Telisha, the founder of LIVLoved, a family support agency providing birth and postpartum doula care, coaching, and infant massage education for families with children from birth to age five. With over 20 years of experience in early intervention, mental health, and developmental disabilities, I offer compassionate, relationship-based support to help parents feel confident and empowered. At LIVLoved, we believe in holistic, family-centered care that nurtures strong bonds and lasting well-being. LIVLoved is a postpartum family support agency that promotes healthy families of children birth to 5 years of age by providing coaching and doula support to new and expectant families in Richmond, VA. Infant massage education is also offered as a practical strategy for parents/ caregivers to connect with their little ones in a way that supports healthy parent-child interactions, strong attachment, and effective communication necessary to achieve positive parent/child outcomes.

Sometimes you just don't know what you need until it's been given to you. I am a 42 yr old working mother of 3; a set of 3 yr old twin girls and a 10mos old son. The twins came first. While it was very exciting, it was also very overwhelming at times. Telisha Woodfin came alongside me offering support in the form of meal prep, emotional support, referral advice and guidance and infant massage. She was there, not only during my pregnancy, but following delivery and in the most relevant of ways that i would not have known to ask being a new mom.....she just knew lol! If you're looking for someone who is knowledgeable, compassionate, kind, honest and sensitive to your needs.....she's the one for sure.
