Hi everyone, my name is Tara Gallo and I am a Birth Doula and Yoga Teacher in Naples, FL. Pregnancy, birth and the human body are a huge passion of mine. My background as a yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner can assist you with creating a calm, peaceful and grounded birth environment. My husband and I are currently raising two daughters here in Naples. We enjoy going on adventures, spending time outdoors and cooking new recipes.

I draw on my professional training, knowledge and experience to provide emotional and physical support. My intention as your birth doula is for you to feel empowered in your decision making during your pregnancy, labor and postpartum. I will help to create a calm, peaceful and supportive birth space.
