Hi everyone, my name is Tara Gallo and I am a Birth Doula and Yoga Teacher in Naples, FL. Pregnancy, birth and the human body are a huge passion of mine. My background as a yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner can assist you with creating a calm, peaceful and grounded birth environment. My husband and I are currently raising two daughters here in Naples. We enjoy going on adventures, spending time outdoors and cooking new recipes.

I draw on my professional training, knowledge and experience to provide emotional and physical support. We will meet 2 or 3 times before labor (prenatal appointment). When you are in labor, call and we will decide where to meet (home or hospital/birthing place). I will stay about 1 hour after birth until you are comfortable and your family is ready for quiet time together. I will provide 1 or 2 postpartum home visits.
