Hello, I'm Tanya, a devoted mother, a proud grandmother, and a Dona trained birth doula. I am wholeheartedly dedicated to empowering women to harness their inner strength and vocalize their needs, ensuring their birth experience is as beautiful and remarkable as they envision. As your birth doula, my mission is clear: to offer unwavering support, advocacy, education and encouragement. I approach every birth with an open heart and mind, ensuring that this sacred milestone in your life unfolds in the safest and most enriching way possible.

Birth & Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

Amethyst Package

3 prenatal sessions 2 hrs. each. 2 postpartum sessions 2 hrs. each. Continual support during active labor and delivery. 1 hr postpartum support immediately after giving birth to ensure bonding and initial breastfeeding support. Postpartum support for mom, breastfeeding support, baby essentials and support for the family. I will be on call for you 24 hrs beginning on your 37th week until you deliver your baby. I will provide a Back-Up doula if needed. I offer a sliding scale to those families that may be experiencing financial hardship.

What to expect

I offer packages or I can tailor services to fit your needs. My packages include prenatal and postpartum sessions, childbirth education, holistic comfort measures for labor, assist in creating your birth plan, breastfeeding support, continual support during labor and delivery, information on birth interventions and pain management, nutrition and gentle body movements, unlimited phone and text support, and resources and community referrals if needed.
