Motherhood is a journey not for the faint of heart. Parenting requires grit, fortitude and courage like no other. Therapy for Mamas is a safe space for the unique ups and downs of motherhood. Whether you're prenatal, postpartum, pursuing fertility, coping with child loss, starting school or empty nesting, you deserve care that attunes to your individual experience. I have experience working with new moms, moms with older children, postpartum depression and anxiety, birth trauma, child loss, grief, doulas, couples, LGBTQ+ families, non-binary birthing persons and non birthing partners, dads and those individuals who are considering the journey into parenthood.
