You are fearfully and wonderfully made, and so is your baby. I am praying for you—for peace in your heart, strength in your body, and wisdom as you prepare for this incredible transition. As a Christian-based doula, I provide a strong foundation of prayer and biblical affirmations to help you find peace in the unknowns of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Whether it’s through prayer, worship music, Christian hypnobirthing resouces, or Bible-based affirmations, I will support you in creating a birth experience that reflects your faith and values. "For You formed my inward parts; You covered me in my mother’s womb." – Psalm 139:13 (NKJV) I provide daytime postpartum support, offering a calm space for listening, prayer, and encouragement. I meet each mother where she is, helping with baby care, answering parenting questions, and assisting with basic household tasks so she can rest and recover. My postpartum training also includes supporting families through the first 1,000 days of life, and I offer ongoing support during this entire window. This can include helping evaluate milestones, providing age-appropriate activities, fostering sibling bonding, and connecting families with related resources. My childbirth education classes are taught in person at a church or private home and are available as group or private sessions. During these classes, mothers will gain a deeper understanding of how their bodies were designed for birth while also learning about the options and interventions available in a hospital setting—all within a biblical framework.
