I’m looking for an advocate to help navigate a hospital birth, and provide the support I need during labor. I want to avoid unnecessary interventions and aim for a medication-free experience. Hoping to be able to focus on myself/my breathing without having to answer a million questions from hospital staff. I may also interested in breastfeeding guidance. Estimated budget is $1500-$2500.

I would like to work with a doula in the prenatal stage, to have as part of my care team during labor and delivery, and postpartum. I plan to give birth in a hospital. The right fit will need to have a valid National Provider Identifier (NPI) and Tax Identification Number (TIN) as my insurance will be providing coverage. I don't have a solid birth plan at this time, I would like to work with my doula and care team to create the right birth plan for me.

I plan to give birth at Alta bates summit Berkeley California. My budget is negotiable I want to have a natural birth with absolutely no medical intervention if possible. I am considered high risk due to pre existing diabetes. I have a very holistic approach to health and wellness and would like an advocate that shares a similar mindset.

I am low income, unemployed. My husband is a military veteran and currently a full time college student. I have Medi-cal insurance. I am unsure of birthing center currently. We are comfortable spending $200 or less a month for care.
