I have always been passionate about working with families, which led me to earn my Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Psychology and to work in social and community services. ​ After becoming pregnant with my daughter in 2019, I threw myself into research and through my experiences, truly discovered my passion for all things pregnancy, birth and postpartum. It has been such an honour to support those who have invited me on their journeys.

Everybody deserves to be confident and empowered in their experience, and my goal is to give you a voice and support you in the decisions that are right for you and your family. I'm here for every person, family and story!
