Welcome! My name is Sonja and I am a birth worker, writer, and researcher. I hold an Masters in Creative Writing from New York University and am currently a PhD candidate focusing on maternal healthcare. As a Certified Doula (DONA), HypnoBirthing® Educator (CHBE), and Family Advocate (Matrona), my vision is to support life givers in moving towards a mindful, dignified and emotionally fulfilled birth. By providing balanced support that tends to the whole person, I will meet you where you are and help to guide you in connecting with the birth process. My HypnoBirthing® classes are compassionate, inclusive, and imaginative.
