I offer a one on one approach where we work together to get you to where you want to be. This can range from preconception to conception to post partum. I offer nutrition supchport, yoga/meditation support and a combination approach where I integrate yoga, mindfulness, meditation, movement, and nourishment to help you! By mitigating stress you are opening the body up for a greater chance to grow your family.
