I have assisted in all types of births at various locations (hospital births and birthing center births). I have also helped countless families with my postpartum care for parents and baby. I offer other services including postpartum care, newborn nannying (day and night!!), advocacy, etc. I serve the entire United States as a traveling doula! I specialize in different labor methods to help reduce labor pains, quicken labor and make it more comfortable. I use different breathing techniques, exercises, laboring positions, massages, pressure points and more! A fun fact about me is that I worked in Law Enforcement before changing career paths to be a Doula!

With a background in human services and psychology, she combines her academic expertise with her passion for pregnancy and birth to provide compassionate, evidence-based care. As a mother of four, Christine felt called to support women during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum after her own transformative experiences. She offers in-person and virtual doula services, as well as childbirth education. Believing that fear has no place in childbirth, she emphasizes education, support, and safety to help women feel confident and empowered throughout their journey, whether planning a medicated or unmedicated birth!
