We would like someone to come in 9-6 am and watch our son between feedings. They would wake me up to feed or I’d set alarm for every three hours. We would ideally like to continue placing him in the bassinet but he is still learning to sleep there. At this time, sleep training is our biggest priority. We would just want diapers, his nursery, our living room as clean as you found it and dirty clothes in the hamper. We are open to discussing budget. We understand the average is about $18 an hour in Milwaukee. We are open to all ages. We prefer experience as a night nurse. We are open to people who speak any language as long as they are able to speak and understand English as well so we can communicate well.
