The training needed for this support should cover, labor and delivery techniques, postpartum recovery, and newborn care, ensuring a holistic approach to maternal and infant well-being.

Possibly post partum doula support during the day- mostly for newborn care education and support as a brand new mom and lactation education

Hello! I currently have Cigna PPO and looking for a doula to help through the process of my husband and Is first child!

I plan to give birth in the hospital. For a birth doula, I’m open to spending up to $3,750 and am flexible for a postpartum doula. I’ve had a very healthy and smooth pregnancy. I’m planning to get an epidural, and hope to labor in more positions than just laying on my back.

Have a budget of around $5000 and would like to get night doula care for ~2 weeks (or whatever we can afford) after our baby is born in early December. We are located in South Seattle. Thank you!
