I’m Savannah, a certified birth doula, lactation support, and advocate for empowering birth experiences. My journey into birth work began with my own pregnancies—one that left me feeling unheard, and another that healed me and changed my perspective. After experiencing how crucial support, education, and advocacy are, I knew I wanted to help other women feel confident, informed, and supported during their births. Your Birth, Your Voice ! I believe birth should be a respected and personal experience. Too often, mothers are told what to do instead of being given the information to make their own decisions. That’s why I’m committed to: * Educating mothers about their choices * Offering unbiased, evidence-based support * Helping families navigate birth and postpartum with confidence You deserve to be heard, and your birth should reflect your voice. Whether you’re planning a hospital, birth center, or home birth, I’m here to support and encourage you every step of the way.

We have made a match and you want me to be your doula! What does the service look like? First we will schedule 2 prenatal appointments before your due date. At your first appointment, we will meet in person to create a custom birth plan for you and you can ask any questions you might have! At our second appointment, we will practice! We will practice breathing techniques, labor positions, and pain management. I will also be available to you through call or text if you have any questions throughout your pregnancy. Then comes labor and delivery! I will be on call when baby is ready to make their debut! I will meet you wherever you are delivering. I will be there to partner with you emotionally and physically. I will guide you every step of the way! My job is to make you feel heard, comforted, and confident! Baby is here! Now we will watch babies first latch and I will be there for any questions about the basics in lactation. I will stick around for 2 hours after birth for any support you might need. You've now started to settle in with your newborn baby! We will schedule an appointment between 2-4 weeks postpartum. We will discuss all things postpartum body, newborn baby, lactation questions, check on mamas mental health, and create a guide of to-dos and boundaries for family in the weeks to come. We now have gone through such a beautiful experience together! You are able to reach out anytime you need with any questions you might have. Throughout babies first year of life, I will continue to check on you and baby!
Because of Savannah, I had the birth I wanted to have. She listened and remembered everything I said, going into detail in our conversations with me, making sure I knew that I could make my birth beautiful. Being so supported leading up to my birth was essential. This translated into my natural delivery by giving me the confidence to listen to my body. She is so incredibly gifted, I cannot imagine giving birth without her there.
