About me

Hi everyone! I’m Sarah, an IBCLC and the founder of Sweet Nectar Lactation & Infant Feeding Support. I’ve spent years working with families through all the ups and downs of feeding—whether it’s figuring out latch struggles, pumping routines, supply concerns, or finding what works best for you and your baby. My approach is all about support without pressure, meeting you where you are, and helping you feel confident in your feeding journey. I believe every baby and parent deserve care that’s both evidence-based and deeply compassionate, and that’s what I aim to provide. If you ever need guidance, reassurance, or just someone to help make things a little easier, I’m here for you.

Service introduction

At Sweet Nectar Lactation & Infant Feeding Support, I offer personalized, evidence-based care to help families navigate their feeding journey with confidence. My services include breastfeeding support, bottle-feeding guidance, pumping consultations, flange fittings, and assistance with challenges such as low milk supply, painful latch, oral restrictions, and feeding difficulties. I also provide prenatal education to help parents prepare for breastfeeding, as well as support for relactation, inducing lactation, and weaning when the time is right. Every family’s needs are unique, and my goal is to provide compassionate, judgment-free support to help you and your baby thrive. Whether you need in-person or virtual guidance, I’m here to help every step of the way.

Sarah helped my baby latch, answered questions about pumping, and supported me through it all. She values mental health so when it got to be too much for me at times, she was always there to support my decisions. We absolutely love her!
