About Sarah

Throughout my experience as a doula, I’ve come to deeply understand that a woman’s birth story becomes a powerful and lasting part of who she is. My goal is to help each woman and her partner create a birth plan that makes them feel confident and supported as they prepare for labor and birth. When the big day arrives, I provide continuous support—not just for the birthing person, but for their partner too—so that both walk away feeling proud of their story, no matter how it unfolds. Birth doesn’t always go exactly as planned, but with the right team and compassionate support, it can still be a story you’ll want to tell again and again—with strength, joy, and confidence. I'm honored to have supported so many incredible families and grateful to be recognized for that work. I’ve been named Baton Rouge Parents Magazine Family Favorite Doula, runner-up for Prenatal and Postpartum Classes, and nominated for Best of 225.
