Hey! I’m Sarah, a boy mom and birth doula. Birth is much more than a physical event, it is also an emotional, mental, spiritual and communal experience. I believe completely surrendering to birth is a positive choice to embrace the unknown, trust your body and to follow your deepest instincts as a mother. My passion is to help you achieve the birth of your dreams by feeling strong, supported, and in control. I provide personalized holistic doula support. Including prenatal visits (childbirth education, laboring positions, partner support, a listening ear to any questions/concerns, & more), 24/7 on-call support two weeks before and two weeks after your estimated due-date, personalized birth support either when you say you need me or at the start of active labor, two hours of immediate postpartum support to assist in feeding and until you and baby are settled, and postpartum visits (lactation/feeding education, belly binding, herbal sitz bath). I also offer maternity, birth, and newborn photography.

Includes two prenatal visits (childbirth education, laboring positions, partner support, non-medical pain management and comfort techniques, a listening ear to any questions/concerns, & more), monthly zoom meetings and frequent virtual check-ins, 24/7 on-call support two weeks before and two weeks after your estimated due-date, personalized birth support either when you say you need me or at the start of active labor, two hours of immediate postpartum support to assist in breastfeeding and until you and your family are settled, and one postpartum visit (lactation/feeding education, belly binding, herbal sitz bath). All with access to my community resources, lending library, and birthing tools. Birth photography included.

I offer a personalized consultation before your due date to discuss your preferences and create a plan that fits your vision. My on-call service ensures that I’m ready to capture the perfect moments as your labor progresses, including intimate family connections, powerful emotions, and the first bonding moments with your newborn. After the birth, I’ll provide you with beautifully edited high-quality images, available in a digital gallery, preserving your memories for a lifetime. Let me help you tell your birth story in a way that’s as beautiful and unique as the journey itself.
