Are you tired of searching endlessly at 2:00 a.m. for the magic solution to your child's sleep challenges? Maybe you're struggling with nap strikes or bedtime battles? Is your little one waking up multiple times per night (aside from scheduled feedings)? I support families during the sleep learning process. After reviewing a detailed sleep assessment filled out by you, we will meet and discuss sleep challenges, sleep goals, and I will educate you on the science of sleep. Then we choose a method that you are most comfortable using to help teach your child to get more restful, restorative sleep. I offer follow-up support in the form of daily communication and sleep logs in order to track your progress and ultimately reach your sleep goals!
Working with Sarah to improve our baby’s sleep was amazing. She spent time getting to know us and our baby, including his typical schedule and preferences. Then she made us a custom sleep plan that even took into account our son’s special nutritional needs. I am so thankful to have had Sarah’s support during the sleep training process. Our son is now sleeping through the night, taking solid naps, and is an overall happier kid!

We are so grateful Sarah was able to coach us through our sleep troubles! She is patient, calm and empathetic. She had tons of great ideas and was able to customize a plan for our strong-willed little night-waker, who was coming in our room 3-4x per night and oftentimes sleeping on our floor. She was there to troubleshoot and work through issues every step of the way. Fixing our sleep issues were definitely not a “one size fits all” or quick fix solution.
