About me

As a postpartum doula and newborn care specialist, my goal is to help your family move from trying to survive to fully thriving. My 14 years of experience help me to customize my support to what your family needs most. Daytime support with me helps recovery after baby, whether it's getting a nap and a shower while baby is being cared for, going over baby care (diapering, swaddling, baby wearing, etc.) or helping you get a nutritious meal and talking about your experiences as a new parent. When you're not sure what you need or who to ask, a quick text or phone call with me is convenient and quickly responded to so you spend less time waiting and worrying!

Service introduction

My daytime doula support can be booked as a morning or afternoon shift of about 3 hours. Each shift focuses around what you most need to feel supported - breast/body feeding help, sleep for you or baby (or both!), adjusting to life out and about with baby - even an extra set of hands to go to a doctor's appointment. You also get check-ins and follow ups via email to support your journey and offer additional support if needed.
