I plan to give birth at home. My budget is open because I’ve never used a midwife and don’t know the price range

I will be giving birth at Cedar Sinai Hospital. I’m looking for support through pregnancy and birth. I don’t have a birth plan yet but I’d love to talk to someone with more experience about making one since this is my first baby.

In my conception journey, TTC - planning for a home north with a midwife hoping to find someone in the $3000 range (best for my budget) but would be willing to pay more for the right fit. I want a natural birth as unassisted as possible.

This is my 3rd child. Ive had 2 healthy and normal unmedicated births. I am planning on doing a home birth. I only want a midwife for the final trimester of Th is pregnancy.

1. Birth center preferred, hospital only if necessary. 2. 12,000 - would prefer insurance reimbursement if possible 3. Unmedicated, vaginal birth is my goal, but understand medical emergencies can arise. Would be open to medical interventions if provider really felt it was absolutely necessary.
