This is my first baby, so I am looking for a wise, holistic and spiritual doula who is very experienced and compassionate, as I can be an anxious person at times. I prefer only in-person visits and would also love support with childbirth and newborn care education. In addition, I am interested in a doula who either partakes in or can recommend a birthing way blessing ceremony. It is important to me that my doula accepts Kaiser and is preferably local.
