Key Responsibilities: Provide attentive and nurturing care for our newborn, including feeding, diaper changing, and soothing. Monitor Avery's sleep patterns and overall well-being throughout the night. Maintain a calm and peaceful environment to promote healthy sleep habits. Communicate effectively with parents about Avery's needs and any concerns that may arise. Assist with light tasks related to the baby's care, such as preparing bottles and cleaning up after feedings. Qualifications: Previous experience as a newborn care specialist, newborn nurse, or similar role. Knowledge of infant care and comfort techniques. Ability to work independently and responsibly during nighttime hours. Excellent communication skills and a nurturing demeanor. First Aid and CPR certification preferred. About Our Home: Avery has a comfortable nursery with an adult bed facing her bassinette, a small fridge, a table with a bottle warmer, and of course her changing station. The nursery has a large window with great light. There's no need to climb up and down any stairs--our home is all on one-floor except for the ADU.
