I really high anxiety and difficulty focusing on breathing, I need the doula to support me because I have no support system in my community as I’m new here. I plan to give birth at a kaiser hospital, I’m covered by medi-cal through Kaiser so looking for Doula’s who accept my insurance. I would like to deliver naturally with no pain management, I’m not sure if I want to try bath delivery but I for sure need the doula to help me find my comfortable birthing position, advocate for my comfort and guide me through the process.

Hello! I’m looking for a postpartum doula who can be assist me at night, or day— with help taking care of my baby, light house keeping, meal prepping for a couple months after giving birth. This is my second birth, and I plan on giving birth at Scripps Encinitas, which will be as natural as possible. I am also looking for a postpartum doula 2-3 days a week for my first few weeks postpartum. Ideally, I would like support with massage, meal prep, light housework, etc.
