Hello! I’m looking for a postpartum doula who can be assist me at night, or day— with help taking care of my baby, light house keeping, meal prepping for a couple months after giving birth. I’ll birth either at Scripps Encinitas or La Jolla. I plan to delivery however best in a hospital, due date is 3/21 and my budget is 10-20k

I want to have a safe, unmedicated birth, goal to move around and use my partner for support positions. I want to learn breath techniques, have advocacy in the hospital, labor at home as long as possible. I do not want medical intervention unless absolutely necessary. I have a disability, tay sachs disease that affects my leg strength but my doctor says it would be best for me to have a normal unmedicated vaginal birth. i plan on giving birth at sharp mary birch. I am not sure of the budget it depends on what this all includes. Ideally under 10,000. that would still stretch us financially alot.
