I haven’t decided to give birth in a home or hospital. This is my second baby and I gave birth in the hospital the first time. I wanted to try all natural but I wasn’t able to. I’m hoping it will be covered by my insurance

1. I am currently looking into hospitals and birthing centers 2. If you accept TriCare West, my insurance covers doulas as well 3. As natural as possible with no epidural or pitocin. Laughing gas is okay. Only husband and doula present during the actual birth, limited guests after birth. If at a birthing center, would like to do a water birth. If at a hospital, will like to have the ability to move around and shift if needed instead of laying on the bed.

My birth plan is going to the hospital and having an unmedicated birth. I want to be fully present and experience everything I can.
