I do not have a solid birth plan yet, and would love any tips/resources with creating one.

We are struggling with getting our 10 month old to fall asleep in his crib and self soothe himself back to sleep when we wakes up; he starts standing up and scream crying, we try to soothe him, but give up and end up taking him to our bed where ~surprise~ he sleeps fine but we do not. My oldest (3) sleeps well but my middle (2) doesn’t sleep throughout the night(and still co sleeps with me) He’s not on a schedule. Hello, we are looking for a night nurse to come help us out three or more nights a week to help us maintain some type of regularity for sleep schedules as well as help to sleep train the baby so we can get off to a healthy and well rested start with our new little one I’ll be giving birth at Kaiser in elk Grove, California I’m not sure how to budget something like this as I’ve never had a nightmare before, but my guess is this would last 12 weeks with 3-5 nights a week help needed. Again we’ve never done this so not sure what the standards are requirements are open to having a conversation.

Our son is 15 weeks old and we have been struggling with getting consistency with his sleeping despite intentional and consistent efforts.

Our baby does not self soothe at all. We are really struggling with sleep and he is still waking up 4-6 times a night and will only soothe from nursing. Date listed was due date, my baby was born at 28 weeks on 6/3/25. If there is anyone who has experience/knowledge of preemie babies and their transition to life at home that would be wonderful (sleep, general care, physical therapy). Thankfully he was discharged without any special needs. He’s been home for about 1 month but is only 41 weeks. My husband and I will both have to return to work full time in the next 2-3 months and we want to make sure he is set up for success before going to childcare. I was told by my Psych at Kaiser that you guys potentially take Kaiser insurance? I do not have any financial ability if that’s not the case.
