First time parents, Looking for a night nanny/newborn care specialist for 2 months for newborn, 5 nights a week

I am looking for some night help when the baby arrives so I can get some rest and breastfeed throughout the night. I am undecided on the hours but it will largely depend on the rates as I would like help for 5 weeks. Currently, my budget is no higher than $35 an hour. I am located in South San Francisco, it is a city in between Daly City and San Bruno.

We are looking for someone who are experienced at taking care of new born. Specifically looking for someone who can come at night and take care of new born throughout the night and help with sleep training

1. Plan to give birth at a hospital. Need a night doula for the first 6-8 weeks.

We are starting to explore the cost of having a night nurse as many nights per week as we can reasonably afford. Our baby is due Thanksgiving 2024.

Key Responsibilities: Provide attentive and nurturing care for our newborn, including feeding, diaper changing, and soothing. Monitor Avery's sleep patterns and overall well-being throughout the night. Maintain a calm and peaceful environment to promote healthy sleep habits. Communicate effectively with parents about Avery's needs and any concerns that may arise. Assist with light tasks related to the baby's care, such as preparing bottles and cleaning up after feedings. Qualifications: Previous experience as a newborn care specialist, newborn nurse, or similar role. Knowledge of infant care and comfort techniques. Ability to work independently and responsibly during nighttime hours. Excellent communication skills and a nurturing demeanor. First Aid and CPR certification preferred. About Our Home: Avery has a comfortable nursery with an adult bed facing her bassinette, a small fridge, a table with a bottle warmer, and of course her changing station. The nursery has a large window with great light. There's no need to climb up and down any stairs--our home is all on one-floor except for the ADU.

We will be giving birth at CPMC in SF on Van Ness, but we live in San Mateo. We are looking for a night nannie 3x a week starting ~4 weeks out from due date (so starting in mid November of early December)
