Birth Doula Package
This package includes 1-2 prenatal visits. Full labor and birth support, as well as 1-2 postpartum visits. Also included is help constructing a birth plan as well as 6 weeks of postpartum lactation support.
Postpartum Doula
Postpartum doula services at an hourly rate. Support for a growing family following the birth of a new baby. Light meal prep, newborn care, mother support, and lactation support are all common supports provided to the family.
