I am Raelene Whitehead! I trained as a birth doula in November 2021, and attended my first birth later that month. I opened Shiloh Birth LLC a few months later. I added placenta encapsulation to my services in May 2023! By the end of this year, I will have gained my Essential Oils Birth Consultant certificate. I became a birth doula and placenta encapsulationist because I believe women deserve support. Women deserve education and information especially when it comes to pregnancy, birth and postpartum. My desire and mission is to help women develop a peaceful environment for them to birth in. I want moms to feel safe and respected with the decisions they make when it comes to their body and baby. When I am not at a birth or encapsulating a placenta, I am a stay-at-home wife and soon to be mama coming February 2024. Occasionally substitute teach at Gateway Christian School.
