I need a consultation from a specialist. I have problems with my breasts. The first time I talked to the doctor, he said that I had mastitis, although he didn't even examine me and prescribed an antibiotic (this antibiotic didn't help me) the next time the situation was repeated and I was prescribed an antibiotic again, which didn't help me either. I have a lot of milk and my child can't cope with this amount, I constantly express milk, but I don't always manage to express it after each feeding. I have a lot of bumps and there are places where there are always tight places the size of a big egg

We are looking for someone to help at night through Oct and probably Nov. At least Fri, Sat and Sun. We have a 9 day old. We want someone to help me become dad has to work 7 days a week right now and can’t really help. It would include feedings, soothing her to sleep. Doing her bottle dishes and maybe folding her laundry. We do have a dog but she will be in her kennel at night. I honestly do not know what a fair rate is but I am willing to talk about it! 1. Hospital birth in Vacaville, CA 2 Covered by insurance 3 natural birth, want to find best position

I have a large fibroid and was told my baby would not turn into correct position, but she turned head-down this week! I also have gestational diabetes that is managed with my diet. Baby has no complications and is in the 50% for growth, right on track. I live in San Andreas, but my OB is in Lodi, I plan to give birth at Lodi Memorial. I only just discovered I won't be having a c-section, so my birth plan is very flexible at the moment (I'm not sure if I want an epidural). I could really use assistance with birth-planning as this is my first time :)

This is my fourth baby. Her latch seemed fine for awhile. When she was around 3 or 4 weeks old, I noticed a lot of pain. I had cracks all around the base of my nipples. I saw a lactation consultant at my hospital and she said my baby has a high palate. She recommended trying breast shields until I heal and then try again with a deeper latch. The breast shields haven't worked so I have been pumping. I let my nipples heal and then tried again with a deeper latch but it happened again and my nipples were in so much pain. My desire is to breastfeed though. I want to see if there's anything I can do to make that happen. I need a lactation consultant to help me figure out if I can nurse again and how to care for my nipples.
