Service introduction
I offer support for families from Pre-conception through post-partum. I specialize in fertility, birth prep, out of hospital births, and lactation support.
Packages
Birth Package
In this package you will receive two 90 minute prenatal meetings where I will provide information and answer questions about birth in general, as well as help you formulate your ideal birth plan.
I will also attend your birth and stay 1-3 hours afterward, until you are all settled in and ready to relax with your new family member.
This also includes 2 hours of post-partum time, where we can reflect on your birth experience. I will also ask you how your post-partum journey is affecting you, how you're feeling about nursing (if that's what you've chosen) and help you find resources if you feel you need them.
