Hello, I’m so glad you’re here! My name is Renea, and I specialize in doula support that nurtures your mindset, emotional wellness, and overall well-being before, during, and after pregnancy. In addition to over a decade of experience in the medical field as a Certified Medical Assistant and instructor, I also have experience within birthing centers, supporting families and working directly alongside midwives during labor and delivery. This hands-on birth experience deeply informs the way I support you: balancing evidence-based awareness, calm presence, compassionate encouragement, and respect for both physiological birth and appropriate medical care when needed. As a dedicated doula with extensive experience in health and wellness, I offer compassionate, informed support throughout pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum period. In addition to my background in the medical field, I have experience working within a birthing center, supporting families and working directly alongside midwives during labor and delivery. This hands-on experience allows me to provide calm, confident care while remaining deeply respectful of both physiological birth and appropriate medical support when needed. Working together looks like: • Personalized emotional and practical support, including individualized care planning and birth plans, rooted in one-on-one birth experience supporting both mother and newborn • Continuous support throughout labor and delivery, offering a calm, steady presence, hands-on assistance, and informed advocacy so you feel supported, seen, and safe • Education, resources, and guidance to support your well-being during pregnancy and a healthy transition into the postpartum period Packages are available for convenience; services can always be tailored and discussed on an individual basis to best support each client’s unique needs.
